    This is a beginning of a series featuring short biographies of each Local Chairman that is currently serving in the General Committee of GCA-569. It is our hope that it will enable us to get to know each other a little better. We decided that a fair way to do this was to interview Chairmen alphabetically, or as close as practicable.



    Tony Alexander Local 1402 (Yard)

    Tony Alexander lives in Granite City, Illinois and works in the St. Louis yard. He was born in St. Louis, Mo. and grew up in Mitchell, Illinois. Tony is married and he and his wife, Andrea, who is a nurse, have a beautiful 2 year old daughter named Adley.  They are also proud parents to two St. Bernard dogs. He hired out for the railroad on August 7, 2006.
    Neil Botts, Local 774

    Neil Botts has just recently moved to St. Joseph, Mo. Prior to that, Neil and his wife Marsha raised their three children in Stewartsville, Mo. Neil grew up on a farm outside of Stewartsville that has been in his family since the late 1800’s.  His family has been involved in farming and other vocations in Missouri for several generations.
