The attached file is a listing of discipline cases that have been sent to the National Mediation Board (NMB) and placed on dockets for Arbitration. If your case is not listed, then it has not completed the on-property handling required by our discipline agreement.

Although the attached cases are on a docket for arbitration, the NMB has not yet approved the Board to be held by authorizing funding to the individual Arbitrator. Once cases are heard, they will be removed from this list and placed in another folder for you to check the status.

Please note, the list is in alphabetical order for convenience and does not reflect the order in which cases will be heard.
