The attached notice is a statement regarding the right of a member to file a claim for violations of provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Claim handling is important and essential to enforcement of the agreements.
Attached is a notice addressed to Members and Local Chairpersons advising of the method of requesting General Committee handling of decertification appeals. If an employee is decertified and has reason to believe the decertification is improper, he/she may appeal to the FRA for review.
Beginning June 29, 2015 through September 30, 2015, an open enrollment period will be available for Transportation Division members to enroll in the new Voluntary Long-Term Disability (VLTD) Plan.
Members will have two options for enrollment into the VLTD plan.
